What I like the best is that he's NOT wearing a hat!

This image draws me in a leads me around to look at all the pattern, contrast, and detail. I'd call that a winner. I like how the grid of hats is orderly yet somehow busy at the same time. The hats threaten to overpower the seller, but they frame him instead.
