An interesting image. Could this be a composite? I ask because the adults are dressed very warmly yet the child is not - just unusual.

Fantastic image.  Rich tones, sharp contrast and the dark, foreboding clouds above accentuate the sense of uncertainty that you've caught in her eyes.

by the way, this is not a composite photo as the girl was dressed like this while her mother in the back ground was covered up. The reason is that, these women fear snake bite on bare feet and skin.

Hans-Peter van den Berg, you are right, I did take this photo in the Nothern part of Morocco, on the edge of the Rif mountains, and yes the majority of kids have blond hair .
