Evening Light over Inlet

16 seconds, f/22.8, Linear polarizer. The closest to getting this to match the Mac/ Photoshop setup to the PC browser. Here's what I did: Saved as jpg in PS (did not convert to another colorspace),Opened in Image Ready,Adjusted image saturation +30%,Adjusted image gamma 1.22 (Mac to Win conversion).

To those of you who commented on the prior versions, thanks. I am

posting this again to show what I had intended. If you are viewing on

a PC, this should be closer to what I wanted to achieve. If you are

viewing on a Mac then this will be a bit lighter than intended.

Compare to others in my portfolio. Now I have to fix the other 8x10

chrome images.

This picture does have an impact and a more interesting sky would have made it a winner. I found the house a bit distracting. The blurring effect the long exposure have made on foliage is interesting.

Have not seen the other(s), but this one works very well and has a wonderful aesthetic sense about it. Beautiful.

The sky works for me, but the foreground could stand to be lightened. The water and sky work well together to guide your eye through the image. Good composition.

Indeed Tim. The foreground could stand to be lightened but regrettably there is not enough detail there. Had I had another piece of film I would have shot a second exposure for the FG but alas this was my one remaining sheet that day.
