Very nicely done and great depth of field.   If you were to diffuse your flash a bit you can reduce the blown highlights in the bottom of the drops, unless that is what you were after.

For me, this is perfect as it is. I suspect the bright bottom of the drops comes from the sunlight, not a flash. The shining of the drops just adds to the dreamy atmosphere of the shot.

The picture has a magical effect to it. The reflection of the leaves in the drops makes it even more special.
