acarodp 0 Posted October 8, 2010 Edmondo, beautiful picture. Everything is just right, the geometry of the road, the long stride of the monk, and even the clouds, which repeat the diagonal theme(s) of the foreground. The strongly contrasted processing works quite well here. Well done! L. Link to comment
wood 1 Posted October 8, 2010 I love the layered appearance combined with the pattern in the walkway which leads my eye into the image. And I agree with all of Luca's comments. Link to comment

bretsch 0 Posted October 20, 2010 Everything is just right.....or is it, really? The beauty of your photo goes far beyond the technical.I'm wondering about the reason you had to match the darkness of the sky, with the darkness of the robe; contrasting them both against the lightness of the wall. In a different world, walls are dark and somber, hiding, always hiding something; whereas the sky, is fill with light and clarity....perhaps you're bringing that clarity to mind, by negating it from both the fray and the sky. This is amazing food for thought. Congratulations on an awe inspiring, and thought provoking photo! Link to comment
BelaMolnar 2 Posted March 22, 2013 Everything is working in this image. The composition is perfect, the different elements are in harmony with each others, the movement of the person and the movement of the clouds too. Excellent b&w image.Cheers. Link to comment
