I find it especially good that you did not divide it equally in half, top and bottom but gave more weight to the bottom.  I think you could have done this just a little more losing some of the sky but picking up more of the reflections.  Since the scene is so few major colors I like it that the orange float strongly states the contrasting color that the beach and rock repeat.

I did sacrifice some reflection to include the orange float but I have other shots with more reflection and no float and that little bit if bright color does add interest. Jerry, your critiques are always thorough and very helpful. Thank you for taking time. Take care, Deanna
