gk photography 0 Posted May 11, 2003 This is my favorite in the folder. Other than the portraits, this one has the clearest sense of subject, and the subject is shown in an interesting (i.e. unusual) manner. I might like to see a black border around the image that matches the interior frames. And because I love to nit-pick, I'd probably like for the interior frames to be absolutely perpendicular. All in all, however, a very nice piece of work. Thanks for sharing! Link to comment
john_burnham 0 Posted July 9, 2003 Interesting... the framing is nice and these old windows are very much fun to work with, but the gull seems oddly placed... I too hope this is not photoshop-ed! Subject needs to be more weighted, i.e. make that upper left box larger. neat! Link to comment
vamsidhar_juvvigunta 0 Posted July 9, 2003 Wonderful. Freedom as seen from inside a cage, even on a cloudy day is precious indeed. The clouds make the background interesting too. Link to comment
cux 0 Posted July 22, 2003 A beautiful image. I like the choice of autoframing with the windows. Leaving the bird in a corner is also ok with me. Good work. Link to comment
