Colors and lashes

very excellent.....

I love the vivid colour and the superb lighting and clarity of the shot, particularly around the eyes, my only cause for concern is the hand / arm draping over the models face, I think this looks slightly remote from the rest of the image, and certainly doesn't seem to add anything. Everything else is excellent!

She is a beautiful girl. You have focused very well on her eyes. She has good eye contact with the camera (viewer). The make-up is wonderful -- got to love her eyelashes!. Her skin tone is excellent. The lighting is very good -- great specular highlights on her lips. Your composition is quite good and she has nice catchlights.

I find her expression rather odd. Maybe it is just me, but she looks like she is catching her breath through her mouth. She is kind of expressionless -- perhaps a little haughty looking, but rather blah.

I agree with Alf about the arm, but her manicure looks very nice. I am assuming that is her arm. The shadow created on her forehead is rather bothersome.

Her pupils are quite dilated. If you use brighter modeling lights or have a brighter area to shoot her in, her eyes will not become so dilated.

It is probably caused by her long eyelashes, but there are streaks of gray in the whites of her eyes, especially her right eye.

Although her outfit is very pretty, the bright colors and bold patterns draw attention away from your subject's face.

I don't know what the white area is -- on the right side of her head (her left), but it looks out of place. There is also some white between her fingers. Maybe it is the background and you burned in the top to make it black, but left those areas white? At any rate, something just doesn't look right.

The advertising (JMC jeanmichelcabanis.com) is not part of the photograph. Your name could be properly placed on a mat surrounding the photograph. Any advertising would be better placed on the back of the photograph.
