Another wonderful slice of the rural life with very attractive POV and excellent presentation of the loneliness which is so characteristic for many village areas in some Eastern European countries. Hat off, El!

Pastoral. Excellent scene of rural people and life, the dog adds a lot for scene as well for the overall composition. I admire your skills to document rural life.

I guess your recent series of photos is taken somewhere in Central Europe? Romania probably?

Looks like they are communicating. Very good balance of the large and the small here! You have a great BW which really is a pleasure for the eye. Calm moment, ways away from the urban tempo. By chance having a clam music on my ears at that moment, it's really like flying away. Thank you for sharing !

A great composition, excellent tones and high quality Bravo.

Symbiosis between friends. Good balance on the left empty part of the photo to the right which is quite full with subjects. Too bad clouds are not visible enough. IMO that woul add a bit to the overall excellent mood. Cheers, VS

To Gunnar:............yes indeed, the recent uploads are taken in the rural areas of Romania.

To Vukasin:……….. . Indeed, clouds could be more dramatic – if there were any... Shooting spontaneous you have little or no control over the situation – weather and cloud constellations included. I could have injected easily some drama through pp into the image but that’s not the way I work . Thanks anyway.

El...  How idyllic!  Sometimes I envy this pace of life, but I'd sure hate to lose my digital camera/computer.  Very well taken and the dog is just the period on the diagonal exclamation.  Thanks for sharing... Mike

ahhh the simple pleasures of life have got to be the best. Riding home after a hard days work, the feel of the sun on your neck, looking forward to a home cooked meal and maybe even a glass of wine. But then .......up again at 4.00am to start all over again ....hmmm maybe I'll settle for chewing a frozen pizza in front of the TV and a cold beer : - )
