This is a very good head and shoulders portrait. A few suggestions...

His skin tone is a little on the yellow side.

Your main light is coming from below his eyes. Notice the catch lights are below the center of his pupils. The name for this style of lighting is grotesque lighting. It has been (and still is) used in video and still photography to light vampires, werewolves and bad witches. Unless you are trying to make this person out to be a very bad person or you are trying to make him look spooky, you probably should not use this lighting. It is much better to have the light coming from above, in front and to the side of your subject. Try to have the catch lights at about the 10 or 2 o'clock position on his irises. This will give you much better shadows on his face.

Your subject should have more room in front of him than behind. This allows him to be facing into the picture, not out of it. You want to compositionally balance the left and right sides of the photograph. The compositional "rule" for this suggests that you position the tip of the subject's nose in the vertical center of the photograph. This little rule almost always works well.

Copyright, symbol, the date and your name are not part of the photograph. Your name and the date could be properly placed on a mat surrounding the photograph.

the image have a great and a maximum contrast in his cloths,I think if you have decreased the colour saturation and contrast of the face skin it would enhance this fine portrait.
