This shot was taken in Mustang, Nepal. I was around trekking in the

Upper Mustang (Tibet-like region of Nepal), where people and especially

children are very reluctant to be photographed. However, she happened

to be outside her house waiting for her mother to arrive and open the

door. That evening I was passing by the narrow streets of the village

when I spotted her. As I passed the girl's eyes followed me, and I

grabbed two frames of her immediately. I knew I had something

arresting because as I was taking the photograph, her intense look

stroke me so very strongly as I framed her.

She sound scared of your camera and possibly being all alone.

Wonderful job capturing this child at this pose and with this sort of expression on her face and out of her eyes, remarkable light here too and so well contrast and tone.

The composition and where the chid been placed at the frame work is another great elements adding to the quality of this image.

Thank you for sharing it and wishing you all of the best.
