I like the post processing, especially his clothes. One thing that doesn't look right, however, is his brief case, it seems to be floating in the air as I don't see him holding it.

He's not holding the briefcase, it's in mid-air as he is dropping it.

It's an excellent one! However, I would not do anything in Photoshop as the image speaks for itself and the extra work in Photoshop did not add to the great quality of the photo.

I'm not sure about whether or not to have post-processed it. I would have like it either way, and I think that what you have done enhances rather than detracts. I can stand for a little hyper-reality and am endeavoring to learn more about PP and HDR myself. I think I would have straightened this a bit, though.
