For me, the vignette is too heavy.  This is just personally, I like a more subtle approach when it comes to vignettes.  It appears to be a black hole swallowing a flower.  To each their own though. 

I would try and make the center of the flower pop more.  Seeing as how it is to be the central focus of the image, it really should be more vibrant.  Really make it stand out.  I find myself wandering around the image instead of anchoring to a focus point.  I think I would like the DOF more if the vignette wasn't so dark.  You have a nicely focused center of the flower, with the petals in a nice bokeh.  I find it distracting though because you don't get to see much of the petals before they disappears into nothingness.  Especially the ones on the right side.  They appear cutoff to me.  Just personal opinions though. 

Lightroom is a fun program to work with!  Keep it up!
