The heavy shadowing of this image is really bugging me from an architectural standpoint. I don't know if the intent was to create a sense of an imposing building, but the building itself is so dark that I find my eyes repeatedly drawn to the sky, which itself is fairly washed out.

If going for the brooding effect, I might have tried to either bring out more detail in the sky, or perhaps worked to bring the building's light level up a little more, since the sky is already pretty washed out at this exposure. The shadow in the lower right corner is fairly distracting as well - I would consider cropping that out to tighten up the composition a bit.
