She is a very pretty girl. You have focused well on her eyes. Her skin tone is very good. The lighting on her face is nicely soft. but just a little flat. The composition is excellent. The contrast is very good. The background is nicely neutral and she is well separated from it.

The twisting of her arms and hands is very awkward and unnatural looking.

Her manicure looks very nice, but I would like to see a bit more make-up on her face. I would soften the lines across her eyelids.

You have not cropped enough on the bottom to warrant cropping into her hair.

You have burned-in the top very well. The bottom is way too dark. Burning-in should be very subtle. Its purpose is to help keep the viewer's eyes (attention) within the photograph. It should never draw attention to itself.
