The rich gray tonal range and the great depth are IMHO the main credits of this artistic seascape image.

The shadow/light play in the f/g Lars is really excellent....

so many things working well together to the overall effect of dreamlike beauty.

It is  not  the sharpness making an image, it  is  the technic, contrast composition. Excellent.  Cheers.
