self portrait

this is my first submission, please critic my self portrait...

Very moody indeed. Perhaps a square crop would do better justice to the composition, and maybe ditch the tablecloth for, I don't know, bare wood, something unpatterned but with a bit of texture. But that's being picky. The exposure is wonderfully dramatic. I take it you know what you're doing and this wasn't accidental. Unless your friend did all the hard work ;-)
