I like the lighting in this shot. Maybe a little backlight to bring out her shape would have helped. I also like the mix of focus fields in the shot - sharp face, hands - and soft - shoulders, back. Well done. - Charles

I love the lighting the mood and the pose.  I personally would like to see more shape around her head since her ear kinda looks like it's floating, but I realize that's because of the lighting angle and her pose, and it's kinda nit-picky.  The texture of the jeans is very nice also.  Overall this is an excellent shot.
