Outstanding portrait, very pleasant expression and of great light, contrast and tone, wishing you all of the  best.

Arno,

I also love it. The girl is very pretty. You have focused well on her eyes and she has a very cute expression. The lighting is very good. I like the specular highlights on her lips. You have posed her hand very well. Her skin tone is excellent. The background is nicely neutral.

There is a tiny bit of texture in her top, but you might be able to mess with the contrast and brightness to get a little more -- maybe.

I would darken her hand just enough so that it wasn't lighter than her face.

A hair or backlight would help to separated her better from the background.

A little darker mascara and eyeliner under her eyes would help to frame them and make her eyes stand out even better.

Her pupils are quite dilated. If you use brighter modeling lights or have a brighter area to shoot her in, her eyes will not become so dilated. With less dilated pupils the catch lights might be on her irises. This would look a little better.

You have a dim catch lights on the bottom of her irises. You would want to remove them. One catch light per eye is preferred.

You have used a horizontal format to shoot a vertical subject (at least as lit). A vertical format may look better. You could try a vertical format and see how you like the effect. I'm not sure the little wisp of hair on her back warrants having her face positioned off to the side. You want to compositionally balance the left and right sides of the photograph. The compositional "rule" for this suggests that you position the tip of the subject's nose in the vertical center of the photograph. This little rule almost always works well.

Nice shot,

Mark
