Excellent (self?) portrait.  Focus on the eye is tack sharp and while the catchlights are a little convoluted, I don't feel they detract from the overall image.  The tones are well rendered, I especially like the muted tone of the lips.  My only recommendation would be to allow a little more room at the bottom of your crop so the lips aren't so close to the edge of the frame.  I would also use a healing brush to clean up the couple of stray hairs over your (her) right eye and ear.  My compliments on a well executed portrait.
