laceyhughes 0 Posted July 5, 2010 I like your crop. One thing I might suggest though, remove the vertical wrinkle in the fabric to the left of her. Link to comment

laceyhughes 0 Posted July 5, 2010 There are many wrinkles that I can see in the backdrop, especially when viewed larger. The most distracting one to me is a vertical line is midway between her face and the edge of the frame. There is also a horizontal fold wrinkle that runs near the top of her head. I'm not sure of the material you used. I can tell that it had been previously folded though. I'm not sure if any of it would show up in a print. If it did it would probably have to be a larger print... It's just something I can see with my screen. Otherwise, I really like your lighting. No harsh shadows. Soft expression. Well done. andrzejp 7 Posted July 6, 2010 Lacey, You must have a Sony monitor since thy are very sensitive to very slight color variations. I replaced the image with a new one with is guarantee to be wrinkle free. It may take a day or two before actual replacement takes place. Thank a lot for your diligence. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted July 6, 2010 Andrew, it is a beautiful model with the red scarf. Well executed with the right light. I think that another possibility can be to crop a bit from the L and make is a square. what do you think? Link to comment
sumon_mukherjee 0 Posted July 6, 2010 It's beautiful in red on black. Very good capture with perfect light-effect. Link to comment
jerrymat 5 Posted July 6, 2010 Andrew,They call a horizontal crop, a "landscape" crop. and a vertical one a "portrait" crop. When you use a horizontal crop with a portrait you end up with empty space at one or both sides.Regards,Jerry Matchett Link to comment
