1. I would try not to include the leftmost boat because it doesn't look consistent with the other two. The leftmost looks like a modern boat (whatever you call it, you know, one with engine).

2. The emptiness around the boats doesn't appeal to my eyes. I would put the bottommost boat to lower right, probably by dipping myself into water to get closer and make the bottommost boat a strong foreground. Or maybe top left, as attached.

Very nice light. The dark sky and water in the distance set the mood - the calm before the storm.
