This is a nice, moody approach. I would call it cinematic. The lights are on because of the wet street and it is full of atmosphere and anticipation.

 

I think you will enjoy the site more when you start commenting on other members photography and get feedback from them. You will have a whole library of your high rated shots for reference and enjoyment. Your photos deserve higher ratings than you are getting.
