dear deb's, i also really like this image. i wish a speedy recovery for your sister Vicky.  i would also like to give her these two penguins ( blue penguin or fairy penguin ) they are smallest penguin in the world. at the moment they are nesting under our house and talk all night long.

Thank you so very much for your kinds words regarding my sister Vicky.  She is doing very well with her new kidney and is so very thankful for her doner, April, who read her plea for a kidney on facebook and drove 1800 miles to donate one of her own kidneys to my sister!   Before, this wonderful connection, they were stangers.  I have always felt there are still more good people in the world than bad, and April's generous donation of her kidney is proof of that fact!

Roger, I will pass along the wonderful image of your "under the houseguests" to Vicky, I know it will make her smile.

Also, thanks everyone for the wonderful words regarding this image.  There was something about it that made me think of Vicky as she is now blooming since the new kidney is functioning and giving her body and spirit a new outlook on life.

debs, thanks for the story about April. after just listening to the news with all the depressing stories, i read this, and immediately had my faith in mankind restored. what a wonderful thing to do. could you get me this ladies address or at least e-mail contact. i would like to send her at least some sort of ankowledgement for her brave and generous deed.
