I've been slowly working my way through the basics of my camera, and

photography in general. I finally learned how to do DoF through the

macro setting, and would like opinions on how it turned out, what I

can do better, and tips on HOW to do it better. Thanks!

Nice macro attempt.  Do try and enlarge your submissions to the more accepted size and they will display much better.

Keep on with Macro and you will find it most challenging. Well done!

Dear amber. Your work is so small that its details is unclear for me. Submit larger sample for critiques. My advice is that in macro shoots, beware of backdrop to be clear and flat, not busy and messy like this one. Looking for your next works. Hamid.
