Your subject is a sweet little girl with a confiding look, and you went close-up on the baby skin and great big eyes for maximum impact, so your instincts are fine. 

As you want to get picky, the bit of pink sweater and the pink glitter hair ornament are competing with the face, and placing them in the corners is compositionally awkward.  You'd prefer one catchlight rather than two, and reflections on the iris are making the left eye look a little glassy.  The pupils should be quite black, so check your black point in Levels.

The skin tones are wonderful, and gently and sensitively modelled.

Thank you for your feedback .Thanks  charles for your suggestion I will keep in mind next time. I just used one beauty dish and bottom one is just reflector which I kept next to my subject .
