trisha jean-angela 5 Posted January 17, 2011 This is a very beautiful image with strong drama and atmosphere. I love the way the pier stretches out to the endless sea. Lovely light and motion in the water. Thank you for sharing. :) Link to comment
alfbailey 3 Posted January 18, 2011 I'm glad you like this one, it's one of my fav's too. it's also en-route to Llandwyn Island (where the wild ponies are) so you may be able to include this one in your visit. Just let me know when you plan on coming and I'll sort out a map with interesting locations, or show you in person. Many thanks for your interest and kind words TrishaBest RegardsAlf Link to comment
Larry_G1664882113 15 Posted December 19, 2011 Hi Alf, This is wonderful - it connects nature with the commercial well. Great color and composition. i always learn from your images. Larry Link to comment
alfbailey 3 Posted December 19, 2011 It's the strangest thing, how ones perception of things changes with a relatively short passage of time and the adddition of another small nugget of knowledge. I'm glad you like this one, I love the old Victorian pier itself, sadly destined for demolition. But I think I might process it slighty differently now, the tones a bit warmer on the side of the building and perhaps a less intense blue for the rest.Sincere Thanks for your interest and thoughtful comments Larry. much appreciated!Kind RegardsAlf Link to comment
