Mirek,

She is a very pretty girl. You have focused well on her eyes. She has good eye contact with the camera (viewer). Her expression is very nice -- soft and sensual with a subtle smile. The rim lighting is very good. You have filled the shadows very well. Her delicate skin tone is lovely. The lower contrast and color saturation works well to give a beautiful romantic feel to your portrait. The background in nicely out of focus and the color goes well with the rest of the tones in the photograph. She is nicely separated from the background.

Nice distinct catch lights would give more life to her eyes.

With her heels drawn up close to her bottom and her legs almost at her chest she looks kind of squished. The position doesn't look very comfortable or very natural.

This pose also makes her bottom, thighs and even her toes look rather pudgy.

It is usually best not to have elbows resting on knees. Notice the "straight" line from her hand, through her forearm and leg, to her foot. A straight line is not very feminine or graceful looking. You usually associate curves with girls. Lines that are not parallel have more apparent motion and are more interesting to look at. Notice her legs and arms.

As a general rule you don't want feet, knees, legs, elbows, hands or arms next to each other. In other words, if she has two of them (except for the obvious that I won't mention) they shouldn't be across from each other. Her legs would look better if she lowered one. Add interest to the pose and your subject becomes more interesting.

Avoid having the back of the hand towards the camera. The edge (side) of the hand towards the camera is thinning, feminine and graceful.

Nice shot,

Mark
