dreamscapes Sanctuary

I found a small dry space in a grotto beneath a split waterfall deep in a

remote red rock slot canyon in Utah. Looking back through the falls, the

canyon walls glowed with reflected light from sunlit rocks above.

What a find! I shudder to imagine what it took to get yourself and gear in position for the shoot. Too bad we can't fully see the left falls but I'm sure the tight space wouldn't allow. No matter; it's still an amazing shot.

A very peaceful and relaxing shot. The colors from the cave walls to the various blues in the water.  

Ian - The blues and reds really compliment each other.  Also, the warm red rock and cool tomnes of the water work for me.  Great find, and you nailed the capture of what must have been challenging lighting.

This is AWESOME Ian!  You've been on a roll lately with very evocative images.  I love the complimentary colors here and the surreal nature of the image.  Beautifully done as usual.
