brittany_santoro 0 Posted May 3, 2010 Mehmet - This is a great picture. I love how it captures the individual and tells a story. The middle greys in the picture make it lopok old. I also love how the subject is in a suit and shirt underneath the apron but is also doing a "blue-collar job". I think its interesting that you chose to not include the face, it adds a level of mystery because I wonder what he looks like and also if his face is weathered like his hands. Also, I think your depth of field is great and I love how the light really captures his hands working with that pair of shoes.brittany Link to comment

antoniobassiphotography 0 Posted October 4, 2010 A man fixing shoes that are already beyond being old and broken. An old craft that is slowly disappearing but still can be found in small towns and some Countries. In Italy it still exists. Best, A. Link to comment

BelaMolnar 2 Posted May 3, 2013 I'm old enough to remember, seeing this shoe repairer exactly like this, long time ago in my past. Excellent image of a working hand, and a perfect b&w presentation.Cheers. Link to comment
