There is something distracting in the forground, maybe an empty bottle? The sail is not in very good position. Otherwise, not bad. Keep on!

Compositionally this is a nice image. Though there lacks feeling or emotion to make this a great photograph. Maybe as part of a series this would be stronger.

 

The local seems to be great one, yet the boat seems to be out of place (time line wise). Your other photograph in the the Feedback Forum was the stronger of the two images IMO.

Unless one is making a statement about blandness, one usually chooses an interesting subject. I don't know what drew you to this image. You should have a clear impression of what it is that you liked about this moment. If it was the clouds, you should have used a longer lens.
