shoppers Shopping-craze

Women doing what they love - and with gusto. The infatuation with

shopping is appearantly an increasing fenomenon. The constantly new

shopping centres, more and more shops catering to the needs of the

women and the massiv marketing towards different and new consumer

groups- especially the young, is definitely contributing.

I call it "shop till you drop" The wife has been a great contributer to the world economy for decades, her eye for a "bargain" is legendary. I couldn't help but think of her when I saw your image. Great shot, and with a touch of humour.

Shop til your drop is becoming more and more of a fenomenon in the western world. When I was a child, you went shopping when you needed something. Today you go shopping only to find out that you need something. It is fast becoming and activity and an aim in itself - totally unrelated to the fact of an established need.

But fun it is to capture all on an image - this mad world around us..
