Excellent composition, very good colours, Lovely HDR (?) . The window that is lit adds tremendously to the picture. Thanks for sharing.

An excellent treatment. I really like the light in the window, and the water flow is beautiful.

Subject Line: Copyright Infringement Notification - (Ales Frelih)

Hi, my name is (Trish Luckie). I am part of a team of photographers volunteering to try and take down a particularly nasty person that likes to copy the work of other photographers, place his own watermark on the image, remove the original artist's watermark if present (therefore insinuating that it is his), and upload it to one of his many Facebook pages.

We have tracked one of these images to you.

I have included screen shots showing where I found this photo on his many Facebook Pages, and a screen shot of where I tracked that back to you. I am saving that information myself should you require it at a later date.

I have also included a direct URL link to the page where it can be found, and a direct URL link to your photo on his page.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that you do not say anything to him or post anything on his wall. If you do so, he will ban you as he has done with many other photographers.

INSTEAD - We have outlined a free step by step process on how to properly report him and have your photo removed. Again, this is free. We are not trying to make any money from you at all or charge you for some sort of service. We are just photographers like you that are fed up with this guy getting away with this. He has defrauded hundreds of photographers, and Facebook has done nothing about it.

The reason that they have done nothing is because, to date, no one has take the proper legal - and free - steps to properly report him to Facebook, and the FBI.

Please follow the below link. Once there, click the Facebook tab up top and you will see a step by step process to follow. All of these steps are free and represent the best legal way to deal with him.

Please do not let this guy get away with stealing your image.

If you have any questions, you may contact James Beltz with PhotoTips.biz that started this initiative. 405-703-0704. You may email him at james@phototips.biz.

If you reply to me, please note that I will simply forward your reply to him. So contacting him would be best.
