Dock to Ferry

I think you've used a simple technique very beautifully here. I feel that this is a shot that would normally be missed if attention wasn't paid. Great job! I love the feeling the photo creates as well. Very eerie and lonesome. Nice work

The rail shadow, perfectly aligned with the direction of the dock caught my eye. Autumnal leaves from a past wind storm pushed large leaves out along the planks. To me, summer left with the ferry.

would this image be improved with higher saturation or other digital

processing? If so, which?

Great. Lovely exposure, perspective, colour and, above all, focus (pin sharp right from the front). Could it benefit from a slightly darker blue sky and a little cropping from the very top ?? The leaves add a nice 'extra'.

Always an interesting perspective on this LONG dock. This is actually the public dock at Olga, just private boats coming and going here.
