Want to see more of the lips. Eyes are a bit artificial.

I like it very much. With regard to your comment, I have found that I often cannot reconstruct the methods I used in P/S to get the same effect again. I take notes now. By the way, you need to submit a smaller picture file. This one overfills the screen at medium.

Looks like Photoshop's "Dry Brush" filter.

i don't think the use of photoshop filters constitutes creative work. somewhere underneath, i'm sure there's an interesting photo.

The eyes...They tell volumes. Very good.

Brilliant composition. The watery effect filter is sure to be criticised but I think, stepping outside the standard photographic convention, it works rather well and brings out the "lost soul" character of the portrait making it even more powerful.
