beaz 0 Posted February 22, 2010 I like this primarily for the gorgeous rim light especially on her fanned tail. Motion doesn't bother me, but I suspect that this might have been stronger with a faster shutter - It might have given a little more separation of her wings from the background. Yes, you are indeed correct about the shutter speed but I had been capturing a monument in the backgound of the marsh area at a slow shutter speed to use as much early morning light as I could, when suddenly she took flight. I didn't even see her there as she was behind some grasses so I took the shot and hoped for the best. If only I had been prepared I think I could have done much better. deb. Link to comment
