Very timely shot. I smell a pulitzer here!!

Nice grab. I was also out shooting rallies this weekend, much brighter conditions so blue was the colour of pop; but the red works well against the chill - on both levels. Though it wouldn't rhyme, I'd amend the last line to something like : "Georgie Porgie supplied the cleaning agents."

As the sign seems to be the focal point of the photo, rather than those carrying it or observing it, the photo seems to be more of a political statement in itself.

Nice PJ shot. I desatured this using Photoshop to see if it works in B&W for future reference for my self; I think it does.

Patrick, "political statement" is in the eye of the perceiver. It's a shot from a rally that really happened : interpretation is your prerogative, of course.
