Such a GREAT shot. Takes me back to my childhood back in Alayi, Nigeria. I still remember my teachers, the smell of the classrooms, the tedium and counting of the minutes as they dragged by. And, I might mention, since I will inevitably see comments about poverty because it is an African child, but my son goes to school in the USA where he pretty much has access to everything, but looks just like this child did the day I dropped in on him at school,with his grandpa to show him where he goes to school. He broke down crying when he realized he was not leaving with us. Way to capture the essence of childhood!
