Light painting fun, Race Track Playa

Messing around with light painting, decided to illuminate the rocks

path with my flashlight. Is it a bit over done?

Interesting image. Doesn't seem overdone to me. I'd really like the see the technical info for the image to see how you did it. The sky seems a little noisy to me.

Really all I did was set the camera up for a 30 second shutter and set the self timer, ran to the rock with my flashlight and waited for the shutter then took off running. It did get a little noisy because I had to brighten it up in lightroom, looked good on the camera when I took it, but the blown up computer version wasn't that great.
