blue-olympus 0 Posted January 13, 2010 Wow Rob..what a majestic sky and how mankind is so dwarfed by Nature....Splendid shot! Link to comment
robwilson 0 Posted January 13, 2010 Thanks guys! Whilst this shot is processed with HDR (and I make no apologies for that of course), there is no 'fakery' in the composition and scale. The clouds on the coast of Borneo were simply enormous. To see them was to feel tiny and simply overwhelmed by nature. In fact, the whole trip to Borneo was rather overwhelming. As well as seens like this, the opportunity to look straight in the eye of an uncaged Orang Utan was simple astounding. Cheers Rob Link to comment
pfranklin 0 Posted January 13, 2010 Wow…the power and impact of those clouds is amazing. The light is perfect and really shows these clouds off, including the person was the right choice to give a sense of scale, it would not be the same without that! Best regards, Pamela Link to comment
diver1 0 Posted January 13, 2010 I can imagine how amazing this photo would look on a large print. Link to comment

tore 10 Posted January 13, 2010 Great "drama" in the sky and lovely contrast, the composition works great too. Best regards Tore Link to comment
stephenfenech 0 Posted January 14, 2010 An opportunity well taken and executed. An expertly processed HDR image depicting drama and tranquility simultaneously. A sincere 'Well Done'! Link to comment
tonyazzopardi 0 Posted January 14, 2010 Amazing image Rob. Immensely dramatic sky. The person at the bottom right third gives a very important sense of scale to this marvellous picture. Bravo, keep posting. Best wishes Tony Link to comment
