Grand scale, splendid shot!

Wow Rob..what a majestic sky and how mankind is so dwarfed by Nature....Splendid shot!

Whilst this shot is processed with HDR (and I make no apologies for that of course), there is no 'fakery' in the composition and scale. The clouds on the coast of Borneo were simply enormous. To see them was to feel tiny and simply overwhelmed by nature.

In fact, the whole trip to Borneo was rather overwhelming. As well as seens like this, the opportunity to look straight in the eye of an uncaged Orang Utan was simple astounding.

Wow…the power and impact of those clouds is amazing. The light is perfect and really shows these clouds off, including the person was the right choice to give a sense of scale, it would not be the same without that!
