Jack, interesting street-shot. Are they waiting for transport? Very good composition,exposure and light.

This is a great picture. They all look really concerned about something. The man on the right balances it out for me, & this should be viewed LARGE.

Wonderfully intriguing street scene. Visually very successful composition of round shapes and straight lines.The way you've treated light and color creates a beautiful atmosphere.

Linda's analogy is superb...they effectively seems to wait for something to happen and their position facing the light participate to create the mood...what a strange group feeling...

Nice to hear from both of you again. I was certainly struck by the light here and the feeling of a waiting crowd connected by proximity yet profoundly disconnected from each other. Their solitariness is best exemplified by the central figure of the man in fully-lit profile whose gaze and thoughts seem to be fixed on something in the distance.

I'm amazed at how drone-like the people in your street shots seem to be. The man to the right appears the most expectant of the bunch. Unlike the others, he seems almost comical.

My thoughts ran immediately toward an apocalyptic rapture scene. Apparently you were not taken. Pity.
