As an abstract, this is a neat photo. The icicles hanging down and the ice covered chain links is an interesting perspective. I do think, though, that the background it just a bit overexposed.

Thanks Roy for your comments! I would agree that the overcast sky is a bit overexposed, I think I will play with it a bit in Photoshop, I just upgraded to CS4 and the curves adjustments have been made much easier!
