Night Image under Full Moon with Snow

Full moon and Christmas nearly coincided this year - a stroll outside

demonstrated the enormous reflectivity of the snow-covered landscape

under a full moon.

This is a really good night image for my eyes. The garage is a large distracting element (nice garage, though),and the strong light to the far right might draw the eye away from the other strong important elements, but it's still a nice shot.

The strong light on the right is from a streetlight. I could have darkened it in CS4 but I didn't want to mess with the image. The garage is rather obtrusive, but it forms part of the entire G-shaped building. We could crop it, but those who know the architecture would wonder where half the building went! The trees in the courtyard would make a good cut-off otherwise.
