artofheadshots 0 Posted February 25, 2003 I reviewed what I did with your image. I take it back your image is perfect the way it is. We ( I include everyone else who messed with your image ), can't improve it. Its perfect the way you did, it. Because I think that there is more to that photograph than just a subject. jimvanson 0 Posted February 26, 2003 ringo...regarding your crop of "Gazing Into The Sun";...you are a man after my own heart. I will always crop tight, real tight. Someone once asked me why? I replied that if you crop tight enough you never have to worry about composition...because everything you would have composed with just got pitched out. Ah yes..sounds like I have to add that to the "Jims 10 Commandments Of Photography" list. cheers & congrats re; your career change...jim Link to comment
red_molly 0 Posted March 1, 2003 An honest presentation of a gentleman whose wisdom seems to radiate out toward us. This photograph shows a hardness and yet presents a kindness and understanding that surely must be a sign of one who proudly wears the title of "elder". Link to comment
