single photo Reflections

The image is really amazing. I like over other things the light on the first plane and also de composition using these rocks on the horizon. Thanks for share.

This is my last image take in 2006, and my first post in 2007. I was

thrilled to have been here at this very spot in the 15 minute window

which the gray gave way to some honey colored light.

Nice backlit image. The yellows in the sky and blue reflection on the water compensating each other with the contrast they have produced in this image. the reflection of the clouds creates very good foreground pattern, the ripples on the water creates delicate patterns as well.

Beautiful. Please, tell me what you did in photoshop. I really want to learn how to beautify my photos more.

Greate shot, Rick! I really like the detailed ripples in the foreground, something you don't typically see in this kind of landscape photo (usually more dramtic waves or blurred from long exposure). how long of a exposure was this, anyway? Nice last shot for the year. Cheers, J

This is excellent Rick, I really love the fact that slower shutter speeds would have ruined the water texture rather than improve it (which is usually what I find). The iconic rocks are just the perfect place for the eye to rest. Jealous as..!

Incredibly beautiful scene, Rick.  The colors are great, and the small ripples in the foreground that reflect the sky are the icing on the cake.
