samrat 1 Posted October 24, 2009 Bristol is known for graffitis, with the works of Banksy the most famous of them all. I do not think this is a Banksy, but I've often thought of photographing this. The advertisements on the hoarding change very often and I thought this was the right one to go with the graffiti. In hindsight, I think the composition has suffered by focussing too much on the target. I suppose it would have been better had I included the surroundings (part of the wall, the street with parked cars) and let the subject blend in but still be prominent. Your thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thank you. Link to comment
amalsircar 2 Posted October 24, 2009 Samrat, I feel you should have included more adjoining area for properly appreciating the graffiti. Viewers attention is drawn to the advertisement of the car and the graffiti is sidelined. Link to comment
