pfranklin 0 Posted October 7, 2009 Hi Sumon Thank you my friend for your kind words! I was having fun with the wind trying to capture something different. I must have taken two-hundred shots and this was the best one I think. I achieved this by waiting for the wind to have an up draft and then I spun my camera clockwise at the same time. The tricky part was to keep a few leaves somewhat in focus. Warm regards, Pamela Link to comment

ar11664883249 0 Posted October 7, 2009 Using this camera technique is always fun, we do it all the time. We really like your image, the use of complementary colour are very pleasant here. The sharp leaves in this "rotation" shot is the icing on the cake ! Well done.. Warm regards, Anne & Runar :-) Link to comment

Christal1664882414 0 Posted October 8, 2009 Sometimes I'm guilty of being a bit complacent when I see great shot after great shot in someone's portfolio, as I do in yours. But after your description of how many shots you took to get this, it makes me appreciate your work all the more. You've worked hard to find a different shot we would all enjoy, and this is most successful. I love the colors, swirl, and that you've retained just enough of the definition of the leaves so we can tell what it is. Very nice work! Link to comment
krpradu 125 Posted October 8, 2009 First I thought that you did this with PS but when I read what you did to realised it I can say that was very difficult but you did it,all my best Radu. Link to comment

katzpjs 50 Posted October 10, 2009 I was going to ask how you managed to keep some of the leaves in focus. Now I know that it take a lot of work to do it. Thanks for your commentary on a great photograph. Link to comment
