Sam Wanting To Know If Its Dinner Time

The other shot of a horse's muzzle is OK, but this one steps it up a notch. I like the crop with just the muzzle as focus, and the angled composition is much more pleasing. Even his lips look like they are about to talk to you! Depth of field is good, but it could use a tweak in contrast.

What a cool and unusual horse portrait! My only comment is it might be a tad sharper, but some may have been lost on the upload.

Hi Tamara... Thanks for your comments, and yes you are absolutely correct!!!... The nuzzle is the main subject and needs sharpening and some contrast adjustment... The more I learn and progress, the more I look at my past photo's and think of all the things that could have been done better... This is the nature of the beast I am coming to realise...
