Karl Schuler 48 Posted September 5, 2009 Outside the town of Khovd there is a holy place where the Mongolianbuddhists or shamanists have decorated the branches of a poplar treewith colorful scarfs. Thanks for comments and rating. Karl Link to comment

katzpjs 50 Posted October 2, 2009 Thanks for the larger view that shows off the fine details of the photograph. Do you know if there is some significances to the bottom being all blue with the multicolor being at the top? A very nice shot Karl. Link to comment

Karl Schuler 48 Posted November 7, 2009 Dear all, thank you very much for your encouraging comments. In the last months I was very busy with work and travel so I was not very active on PN. But I have some nice photos to download.Shawn, I do not know why the lower khadaks are blue while the upper ones are mixed.Carl and Ricardo, yes, I am very happy with my new 5D II. Most of all I like the much better LCD, the sharper images with higher dynamic range, the sensor auto-cleaning, the higher low-light performance and the quicker menue. But for viewing and storing the photos I needed to upgrade my computers. I suggest CANON to allow direct zooming of photos after shooting (without need to press the view bottom). And of course the low light performance could still be enhanced together with better auto-focus capacity under low light conditions. Karl Link to comment
kaurlass 0 Posted October 28, 2013 This is amazing photo. Radiant colors. Good composition. Powerful contrast of colors. And what a landscape! Beautiful. I could imagine this on the wall - it would light up a room. Make it shine. Bring a little holy spirit in to it. Light it up. One of the best ones here in Photo.net! Link to comment
