Great composition!

The water adds a timeless element. The tracks in the same is a nice justaposition. I wonder is less sky would work better for the composition.

The bright bridge is certainly your center of interest, but maybe it should be more off-center in the composition to be effective. The foreground is so dark as to have lost most texture and simply looks like a featureless 40% of the image. Perhaps cropping out some of the foreground could be combined with repositioning the bridge to make a much stronger image. My suggestion is uploaded.
